Matt Dwyer has maintained a general litigation practice focusing on the areas of personal injury claims, wrongful death, medical malpractice, condemnation work (primarily for landowners) and general business litigation since 1973. He has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia and has represented the State of Georgia for over 10 years.

Carmen Mills, of counsel to the firm, focuses her practice on business representation, estate planning and real estate closings.
